- Internal users are the individuals who are trained by the AFMM staff scientist and whose usage of the instrument is charged from the debit head which is approved by the user’s supervisor.
- External users are the individuals who can access the instrument through AFMM staff scientist after registration with appropriate payment methods.
- External users and non-users are not allowed to touch or interact with the instrument. They can observe during the operation of instrument by AFMM staff scientist or an internal user.
- The users should mandatory follow the standard operating procedures taught during their training on respective instruments.
- The users should enter logbook before and after using the instrument.
- The user should immediately report any violation of the rules and instructions, damage to the instruments and their parts to AFMM staff.
- The user should not bring eatables, food or drinks inside the AFMM center.
- Violation and negligence of any of the above rules can lead to immediate revocation of user privileges and access to the AFMM center.
- If the instrument is damaged by negligence, the user should immediately inform the assigned AFMM staff scientist. If not and identified later by the staff, the user will lose (temporary or permanent) the usership of the instrument and access to the AFMM center Data published in any forms of publications, the user should Acknowledge the respective facility and AFMM center.
